How to Refinance a Loan
What is Refinancing?
Section titled “What is Refinancing?”In GONDI, refinancing allows a lender to take over an existing loan by reducing its APR by at least 5%. Refinance Methods
Section titled “Refinance Methods”GONDI offers three methods for refinancing a loan:
- Full Loan: Refinance the entire loan, becoming the sole lender. Go to section
- Partial (tranche): Refinance a portion of the loan. Go to section
- Trim the Top: Set your risk preferences and refinance multiple loans simultaneously. Go to section
