How to Refinance a Loan

A guide to refinancing outstanding loans on GONDI.

What is Refinancing?

In GONDI, refinancing allows a lender to take over an existing loan by reducing its APR by at least 5%. This improvement in loan terms is instant and does not require borrower acceptance, as it always results in a better loan. For a deep dive into Refinancing, visit this link.

Refinance Methods

GONDI offers three methods for refinancing a loan:

• Full Loan: Refinance the entire loan, becoming the sole lender. Go to section

• Partial (tranche): Refinance a portion of the loan. Go to section

• Trim the Top: Set your risk preferences and refinance multiple loans simultaneously. Go to section
